HUADA started more than 3 years ago with the testing and promotion of the new ECONETIC Diamond wire machines – equipped with Permanent Magnet Technology -. An innovation, in a mature and conservative market.

The machine was unveiled for the first time in Brazil during the Vitoria fair of 2020.

A company that immediately recognized the benefits of this technology is MINERACAO CORCOVADO, one of the biggest groups in quarrying and exporting of ornamental stones in Brazil with more than 40 varieties of stones. As a long time and loyal customer of HUADA brand products from diamond wires to D-T- H and regular diamond wire machines, they had no hesitation and ordered 2 machines HUADA- ECONETIC model diamond wire machines of 75hp for testing in their Bahia quarry. 

MINERACAO CORCOVADO, verified and tested the characteristics of the machine with Permanent Magnet Technology, in parallel with normal machines of 100hp. The promised performance was confirmed. Higher cutting speed and lower amperes resulting in reduced power consumption which is a more important than ever with the rising energy costs, improving efficiency by up to 30% when compared to regular diamond wire machine. 

Understanding the potential of the HUADA-ECONETIC line of products, MINERACAO CORCOVADO proceeding with ordering 2 block trimming machines using the same Permanent Magnet Technology. The 40hp block trimming machine has reached cutting speed of 20m2/h on granite, it is compact and can be moved by hand. The multiple pulley system allows to trim the block without the need to cut the wire or remake a joint. This dedicated block trimming machine reduces drastically the energy consumption compared with using a regular diamond wire saw machine or drilling to trim the blocks in the quarry.
