Non workers are strictly prohibited from entering the operation site. Operators must wear protective articles (safety helmet, insulating boots, mask, protective glasses, etc.) during operation
2、 Power check
Check whether the power cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it immediately
3、 Guide rail placement
Ensure that the guide rails are properly placed and firmly connected; Calibration and inspection of level ruler: the front and rear inclination of guide rail is ≤ 10 degrees, and the lateral inclination is ≤ 5 degrees
4、 Operation specification for diamond wire saw stone cutting machine - adjusting cutting surface
The console shall be far away from the cutting area. It is strictly prohibited to walk in the dangerous area when the equipment is running, so as to prevent people from being injured by broken rope
After installation, adjust the position of the main flywheel so that it is in the same plane as the cutting surface.
5、 Adjust opening angle
Adjust the opening angle of the two guide wheels and the contact length between the bead rope and the main flywheel
6、 Water supply
Ensure sufficient water supply, add cooling water along the sawing direction of bead rope, and add water points when the cutting surface is large

Start the traveling motor and adjust the tightness of the bead rope so that two operators can easily pull the bead rope
