Diamond wire saw machine-press sawing method
This method is also called pressing cable sawing method. The essence is that the bead diamond rope is driven by the driving sheave of the sawing machine, and the sawing feed is realized by pressing the rope in the hole with the help of the multi-purpose drilling rig or the pressing sheave of the cutting column. The cutting curve is limited by the length of the working face. The variation of its length and radius of curvature is not very different, and the cut rock is below the bead diamond rope. This method is only applicable to mining and cutting of working face, and can not carry out shaping and cutting after stone segmentation.
This method must be used in conjunction with multi-purpose drilling rig or cutting working column during operation. And can only be cut vertically.
Diamond wire saw machine-ring sawing method
This method is also called lasso sawing method. Its essence is that the circular bead diamond rope surrounds the sawed rock, and the diamond saw drives the rope wheel to rotate and move with the help of the diamond saw to drag the bead diamond rope to cut the rock. The cutting curve length and radius of curvature change from large to small. This method is not only suitable for mining and cutting of working face, but also for plastic cutting after stone segmentation.
When mining and cutting the working face, vertical and horizontal cutting can be made. During vertical cutting, cutting can be carried out in the front direction above the standing level of the machine or in the front direction below the standing level of the machine.
