Treat the efficiency statement as a trial claim
The old text attributes a 30% mining-efficiency improvement to permanent-magnet technology. That is a manufacturer claim, not a guaranteed quarry result. Compare machines on the same granite, cut area, wire, water and acceptance method if efficiency is part of the purchase decision.
